Substitute Member Representative Election
Election to be held October 21, 2015
At close of nominations on 2015 September 23 for the position of Substitute Member
Representative of Calgary Public Teachers, ATA Local 38 Executive Committee, the following
nominations have come forward:
The term of the position will be until 2016 June 30.
Candidates addressed CSR on Wednesday, 2015 October 7. Election speeches are below:
Ballots will be sent out to schools and the election will take place on Wednesday, October 21.
Only members of the substitute teacher constituent group are eligible to vote.
Following the vote, ballots will be returned to the Local 38 office and will be counted by the
Local 38 Election and Resource Committee and the name of the successful candidate will be
announced.
